Are you ready for The Pumpkin Patch? We sure are. We can hardly wait to discover pumpkins and the color orange in our first ever pumpkin-themed play session. Woo hoo!
On Saturday, October 26th 2013 at both our locations, our play areas will be safe zones for pumpkin explorations. Jamaican kids love mashed boiled pumpkins and good old warm pumpkin soup but that's about all we know when it comes to this wonderful staple food. In The Pumpkin Patch play session our team will sensitize kids to all we can do with these round wonders. The activities planned are ideal for young children, after all, young children are curious learners. The event is the perfect thing for kids this Saturday evening. It's before the Digicel 5K and usually after many kids have done the host of Saturday activities and/or taken naps. Feel free to stay with kids, send a caregiver, drop them off; we're flexible and are ready to accommodate what works best for you.
Little ones will plant pumpkin seeds, paint with pumpkin parts, make pumpkin colored goo and pumpkin scented play doh, decorate real pumpkins, watch pumpkins spew stuff and touch, feel, smell and do lots more.
We don't plan on spooking any one and are happy to keep the focus on pumpkins. In the past we've done amazing kiddie parties with lots of spooky fun. This is perhaps our downsized version to those old time huge parties minus the scare and fright.
The cost is $1,000 per child. There's no charge for adults.
Fun begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. For more information contact me (Rachael McDonald) at 422-7586 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
